  • An exchange for an alternative product of equal value.
  • A full refund for the price you paid.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Return or exchange is applicable on all products. Please check the product page for specific eligibility.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Returned with original packaging and tags intact
  • Supported by unboxing video and photographic evidence in case of damage

 

  • Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags will not be accepted.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange (Damaged/Incorrect Product)

3. Share the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage
  • An unboxing video showing package opening

4. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to assist with the return, exchange, or refund.

Returns Process

  • Your return request will be reviewed within 2–3 business days.

If approved:

  • Pickup will be arranged where service is available.
  • If not, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
  • Return process (including pickup/self-shipping) will be completed within 7–10 business days.

Return/exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

 

Exchange / Replacement TAT

  • Once the returned item is received, it undergoes inspection within 2–3 business days.

If approved:

  • A replacement product will be dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

Total Replacement Turnaround Time:
Approx. 7–10 working days from the date we receive the returned product.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet, etc.).

Once your return passes inspection and is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
  • Depending on your payment provider or bank, the credited amount may reflect in 2–4 additional working days.

Total Refund Time:
Approx. 5–9 working days from the date your return is received and approved.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch at no extra cost.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
